Why sailing on the Adriatic?

Croatia today is a perfect blend of all the types of summer tourism as well as cultural and historical heritage.

There is never too much of the sea

The most part of Croatian territory is covered by the cleanest Adriatic sea. It provides plenty of opportunities for spending leisure time in many different ways.
The clean Adriatic sea
An annual research on water quality showed that this year the Adriatic has lost only a few positions and is now the 5th on the list. In Croatia you can drink tap water with no fear and bathing in the clean sea is an incomparable experience.
50+ unforgettable yachting routes
The water area of the Adriatic sea is 33 200 sq. km. and the total area of Croatia is 56 542 sq. km. Thus, more than 60% of the country is covered with water. So it's no surprise that new yacht routes and programmes for leisure on the sea appear every year.
Studying
Thanks to a mild and comfortable climate, Croatia is perfect for studying sailing and getting your first yacht driving license. Besides windsurfing, SUP-surfing, kayaking, diving, fishing and snorkelling are very popular here.
Sail racing experince
One more special thing about Croatia is the highest concentration of monofleets (one design sailboats) for organising sailing regattas in Europe. From March to October, competitions for children and adults with different level of preparation are regularly held in different regions of the country.
The country charm
Croatia is home to many architectural monuments from the UNESCO list with many of them accessible by yacht.
