Preliminary Itinerary
Explore untouched nature and visit ancient cities on the islands throughout the Kvarner Gulf.
Day 1 | Saturday
Pula
Meeting at the airport and transfer to the marina. Yacht check-in and settling in after 4 PM. Getting to know the crew and safety briefing on board.
Pula to Kamenjak
We will start the sea tour by heading towards Cape Kamenjak. The longest part of Istria has an extraordinarily rugged terrain. Within a few kilometers, there are 30 coves and 11 uninhabited islands.
In the evening, we'll get to know each other better and relax with a delicious dinner prepared by the chef in one of the coves.
Day 2 | Sunday
Kamenjak to Cres
Here begins the journey from the Istrian peninsula to the islands. Cres is abundant with secluded beaches with sun-bleached round pebbles, a stone labyrinth in Beli, and a sanctuary for rare griffon vultures.
The evening you will spend in the town of Cres itself, where after a walk through the historic city with its diverse architectural details, you can stop for dinner at an authentic local restaurant, Riva, or dine on board.
Day 3 | Monday
Cres to Osor
Our journey will take us along the enchanting coastline, making delightful stops for swimming, and as the early evening sun bathes the scene in a warm glow, we'll arrive in Osor. Nestled between the islands of Cres and Losinj, Osor's streets exude an undisturbed sense of tranquility that feels like an idyllic dream on a scorching summer day.
During July and August, Osor hosts a classical music festival, adding a touch of magic to the air. In the daytime, savor the unhurried sea crossing and indulge in leisurely swims in the crystal-clear waters.
Day 4 | Tuesday
Osor to Ilovik
Ilovik is perfectly nestled in a small bay, sheltered on the north side by the uninhabited islet of St. Peter. The coastline is accessible from all sides, boasting numerous safe and cozy coves. The largest of them, with a rare sandy beach for Croatia, can be found on the island's southeastern side.
Ilovik is blanketed in evergreen Mediterranean vegetation dominated by oaks, while in some places, Aleppo pines thrive. Ilovik is often called the 'Island of Flowers' - palms, roses, and other blossoms grace every home. Towering eucalyptus trees are a distinctive feature of this island.
Day 5 | Wednesday
Ilovik to Mali Lošinj
On the island, there are only two towns, Mali Lošinj (which means 'Small Lošinj') and Veli Lošinj ('Big Lošinj'). As you might guess, over time, Mali Lošinj outgrew its older sibling and became the island's capital, a bustling resort center with a lively cultural scene.
Lošinj offers a vast array of cycling routes, and you can rent an electric bicycle to explore the island's beauty from a different perspective.
Day 6 | Thursday
Mali Lošinj to Unije
It is a perfect place for a tranquil break before the next journey between the islands of Kvarner. On this small island with its friendly and sparse population, you'll find two lighthouses, a handful of restaurants, a bakery, a couple of shops, and a post office. The Croatian concept of 'pomalo' (meaning 'without rush') takes on special significance here: after a leisurely walk or bike ride past olive groves, and with a view of intricate coves, it's delightful to sit atop a hill and spot your anchored yacht.
Day 7 | Friday
Unije to Pula
The day will unfold at an unhurried pace. Swimming in beautiful coves along the way or adding some variety with kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding will help diversify the program and make the most of your day at sea.
Before 18:00, it's time to return the boat to Pula. Afterward, you can change and head to a concert at the Arena or enjoy dinner at one of the local restaurants following a stroll through the town and overnight on board.
Day 8 | Saturday
A delicious breakfast spiced up with friendly jokes will conclude our trip. At 9 AM, we will check out, hug each other, and fly away with warm memories until the next time onboard.
